Terms and conditions.
General;
You have paid for training to prepare you for your licence assessment, this does not guarantee you a licence. You must meet the government standards of 80% before you can be deemed competent. If successful you will then be issued with a certificate of competency (COC) that be taken to Service SA and update your new class onto your existing licence.
Bookings;
Need to be paid in full, 7 business days prior to training date. This will secure your booking. If paying in cash it will need to be paid in full on the day and prior to commencing.
Cancelations/ rescheduling;
As we are a business that understands that unexpected things happen for time to time that are out of our control, unfortunately we still have to pay our general business expenses like our staff and bills. We have a break down of the fees below. The cost to rebook/ forfeit will be added / deducted from your payment.
8 days or more. 100% refund.
7-5 days prior. 10% rebooking fee.
4-3 days prior. 20% rebooking fee.
3-1 days prior 50% rebooking fee.
On the day, 75% rebooking fee.
Fatigue management.
As we have a duty of care to not only our staff and students we also need to protect other road users. Please make sure that you do not attempt to do your training after completing night shift. Heavy Concentration and alertness will need to be a high level. If the driving instructor feels as though fatigue is present in the student they have the right to terminate the lesson. This could result in returning at a later stage to do your training and possibly result in further cost.
-Vehicle damage. If any damage is sustained to the training vehicle from the student not listening to instructor in the training session the student will need to pay the excess to cover the cost of repairs. If the repairs are less that the excess that will be all the student will have to pay.
-Speeding fines/ red light camera fines Will be the responsibility of the students.
